SHIPPING

Gift Items will be shipped USPS and will be insured up to $100.

5’9″ Fish Surfboards will be shipped UPS

Paddle Boards will be shipping using Freight Carriers and will be insured up to the purchase price of the paddle board.  

RETURN POLICY ON CUSTOM ORDERS

Because we begin building each Little Bay Board at the time of order, we do not accept returns. If you elect to have your new board shipped directly to you, we will facilitate scheduling a Freight shipping carrier.  The Freight costs will include insurance to cover the cost of the board should it get damaged.  Please review Best Practices for Recieving a Freight Shipment to help ensure any needed claims can be processed.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Upon receipt of your order, we will bill your credit card for the purchase price, tax and shipping charges. Once your board has left our shop, you will be notified via email which will include shipping details and tracking information.

Collection of Data
Our site uses technologies of  third-party partners such as NextRoll to help us recognize your device and understand how you use our site(s) so that we can improve our services to reflect your interests and serve you advertisements about the products that are likely to be of more interest to you. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

 

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
