Shipping, Returns & Terms of Service

Gift Items will be shipped USPS and will be insured up to $100.

5’9″ Fish Surfboards will be shipped UPS

Paddle Boards will be shipping using Freight Carriers and will be insured up to the purchase price of the paddle board.  

Because we begin building each Little Bay Board at the time of order, we do not accept returns. If you elect to have your new board shipped directly to you, we will facilitate scheduling a Freight shipping carrier.  The Freight costs will include insurance to cover the cost of the board should it get damaged.  Please review Best Practices for Recieving a Freight Shipment to help ensure any needed claims can be processed.

Upon receipt of your order, we will bill your credit card for the purchase price, tax and shipping charges. Once your board has left our shop, you will be notified via email which will include shipping details and tracking information.

Collection of Data
Our site uses technologies of  third-party partners such as NextRoll to help us recognize your device and understand how you use our site(s) so that we can improve our services to reflect your interests and serve you advertisements about the products that are likely to be of more interest to you. Specifically, NextRoll collect information about your activity on our site(s) to enable us to:

• measure and analyze traffic and browsing activity on our site(s);
• show advertisements for our products and/or services to you on third-party sites;
• measure and analyze the performance of our advertising campaigns;

Cross-Device:

We may share data, such as hashed email derived from emails or other online identifiers collected on our site(s)  with NextRoll/ our advertising partners. Opting-Out 

Our partners may use non-cookie technologies that may not be impacted by browser settings that block cookies. Your browser may not permit you to block such technologies. For this reason you can use the following third party tools to decline the collection and use of information for the purpose of serving you interest based advertising:

• The EDAA’s opt-out platform
• The DAA’s opt-out platform

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We may make updates to this Privacy Policy periodically without notification. Please refer to this policy when necessary to check for updates.
